“Do I have to know and sponsor a lot of people to be successful in MLM?” is a commonly asked question.
The common reply from most upline sponsors goes something like the following…
“No, you can develop a great residual income and become very successful in Network Marketing by sponsoring just one person every month or two.
They go on to say that the people you sponsor do not have to be from the group of people you already know (commonly called your warn market). They tell you to think about how many people you converse with in your everyday activities!
But then they turn around and tell you to jot down a list of everyone you know, even from a casual relationship. They instruct you to list everyone you can think of for example, people you work with, go to church with, people you do business with, people you went to school with, people you knew before you moved to your present location, etc. and you will be amazed by the number of people that end up on your list.
Will all or even most of these people join you in your MLM business? Probably not, but statistics show that one out of every one hundred names will make your car payment, one will make your house payment and one will retire you!
That’s really not so bad. Three out of every one hundred is achievable, but you have to make the contacts. As the saying goes, “the more you tell, the more you sell.” Also, all the people on your contact list know others and although they might not be interested themselves, they might refer your to other people who will be interested.
Have you ever been rejected 97 times? That is a lot of rejection. And initially these rejections come from people you know, so the rejection is even more difficult. Most people will not last that long.
How many people do you know who can go out and face 100 people they know and get rejected by 97 of them and just continue to keep plugging along trying to recruit or sell products to an unwilling market?
If you are lucky enough to sponsor someone who is currently a seccessful multi level marketer with correct skills, who brings along his established downline with him and becomes a “heavy hitter” in your company, then technically the answer given above is true. If your company’s compensation plan is supportive, then that single recruit may be able to carry you along.
It is extremely unlikely that you will be able to recruit a “heavy hitter” who can rapidly go out and develop a significant downline beneith you if you are only signing up “one person every month or two.”
This problem is discussed in detail along with 6 other problem areas in the downloadable free report, The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing.
So what can you do if you don’t want to face massive rejection and you are not going to be lucky enough to enroll a “heavy hitter” early in your MLM career?
If you don’t desire to be a member of the NFL (No Friends Left) club, then I would suggest not going out chasing after your friends and family, everyone you know, or anyone within 30 feet as some sponsors instruct you to. No matter what they say, everyone is not your market. Instead your target market is people who are specifically interested in starting a home-based business, earning extra money, are already members of some Network Marketing company or are interested joining a MLM program. Now the trick is to get them to come to you and then, using a soft sell approach instead of the traditional hard sell, sponsor them into your business.
OK, so just how do I go about accomplishing that?”, you ask.
You accomplish this by first offering your target market a funded proposal or free report relevant to your market and developing a mailing or contact list from the funded proposal sales process. You then develop a positive relationship with your list members through frequent contact and by providing them useful information.
If you have correctly identified your market, prospects will soon be contacting you for guidance and asking how they can become a member of your team. So after you have read The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing free report and then be sure to go on to discover the secrets of effective MLM Recruiting methods made available with the use of Internet Network Marketing.

Watching TV commercials for electric razors is like reviewing a mystery film. You never know what the newest and finest feature is going to be. The Shick ad claims that their make has the best feature of revolving heads that will conform to even the roughest of faces. It will move over your face and cut every hair close because of the turning blades. Click here for this electric razors review web page.
Another make will declare their shaver will cut closer than any other shaver because it has six blades that will elevate the beard higher and cut more of the beard than any other brand. I get tickled because I speculate how high a beard can be lifted before the skin is cut along with the beard. I can just see the commercial where the man shaving comes away with such a neat beard that he doesn’t have a face anymore.
I also get a kick out of those who tout that their shaver is portable and watertight. They show a man driving his car and shaving while he stares into the rear view mirror. I ponder, about him seeing an on-coming truck. Then of course, you have the man in the shower merrily singing while his glossy new shaver is cutting his beard. I often wonder if there is ever a short in the contraption. Does the guy get a shock when the water hits his face.
One market the advertisers seem to neglect is the women’s market. I have seen very few commercials that endorse shavers for ladies to use. This is a huge market that is not being utilized by the key brands. My wife loves her new Norelco electric razor because it does a great job of cutting her hair without cutting herself.

The San Jose Sharks are a professional ice hockey team based in San Jose, California, United States. They are members of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). They play their home games at the HP Pavilion at San Jose.
Although Northern California was not considered a particularly fertile hockey market, the NHL’s 1967 expansion included a Bay Area team, primarily because the terms of a new television agreement with CBS called for two of the new teams to be located in California. Thus, the Oakland Seals were one of the six expansion teams added, but were a failure both on the ice and at the gate. In 1976, after nine money-losing seasons and continued low attendance, the Seals (renamed the California Golden Seals in 1970), partly owned by Cleveland businessmen George and Gordon Gund, were moved to Cleveland, where they became the Barons. After two more years of losses, the Gunds were permitted to merge the Barons with the financially struggling Minnesota North Stars (now the Dallas Stars). The Gunds emerged as the owners of the North Stars as part of the deal.
For their first two seasons, the Sharks played at the Cow Palace in Daly City, just outside San Francisco, a facility that the NHL and the Seals had rejected in 1967. Pat Falloon was their first draft choice, and led the team in points during their first season. George Kingston was their first coach during their first two seasons. Though the 1991-92 roster was primarily comprised of NHL journeymen, minor leaguers, and rookies, the Sharks had at least one notable player when they acquired 14-year veteran and former Norris Trophy-winning defenseman Doug Wilson from the Chicago Blackhawks on September 6, 1991. Wilson was named the team’s first captain and All-Star representative in the inaugural season.

What is the largest and heaviest of our belongings that we all must move when moving from one place to another? Yip, you guessed it. Furniture is heavy bulky and can be down right impossible to get through door ways and up tricky flights of stairs. If you want to have a much easier move and you also want to save a bit of money then you can hire people to do your furniture move while you box up and move everything else. If you have a lot of heavy furniture or live in a high-rise building then get professionals for your furniture move is going to be worth it. Whether you take my advice or not here are a few things to keep in mind before you move your furniture.
Plan Ahead
You got that furniture into the place you live so you know what it is going to take to get it out, but you need to consider the difficulties of getting that same furniture into your new place. Doorways might be a bit smaller, ceilings lower, corners and stairs could even be trickier. Take your furniture apart as much as possible so that you won’t have trouble getting it into its new home.
Hire Help
I still strongly recommend hiring help moving your furniture. If you do take this advice than you will need to book movers ahead of time. Keep in mind time of year will directly effect how hard it is going to be to get your desired dates for your move. Unless you all ready know some good furniture movers then you will need time to get some good references from friends or do some research to know which of your local movers will be the best.
Have Proper Equipment
If you plan on moving your own furniture then make sure you have the best equipment on hand to make the move easier. You don’t want to hurt yourself and you certainly don’t want to have to run out on moving day to find what you need. Consider getting moving blankets, a heavy duty hand truck, and traps. Also don’t forget to get a rental tuck.

However, its limitations are that it provides no protection against the rain and snow. An alternative to log holders is to use firewood storage sheds. This is a nice luxury to have so be sure it is built into your buying decision.
They are not designed for curing purposes and, it is critical that you use ones that let the wood breathe and do not fully cover the wood. An excellent firewood rack that is quite popular is the one made by Woodhaven. It is similar to firewood storage plans. For this reason, we recommend you make sure you can easily handle the weight of the rack before you buy.
However, be sure if using any firewood storage rack plans that the materials and end result will accommodate the tips suggested. By keeping these different options in mind, you should have a greater understanding on what are the best methods for storing firewood. We believe this is due to their better performance and less obstructive form.
