Thoughts on Southern California Hotels and Travel

Posted by Melvin on Jan 16, 2009 in Stormy Life

Southern California is a pretty well-known vacation destination and there are a great many hotels to be found.  Some travelers are on business trips and are looking for mid-price hotels with easy access to the local freeways and airports.

We’re talking mostly about vacation travelers here, and for them you’re looking at a much wider range in quality and price.  In either case, here is a good website intended to help you find good hotel deals.  The site offers information about places to visit in Southern California and a lot of other useful material, but certainly will help both business and vacation travelers.  You can use this website to find package airline and hotel deals also, which is convenient.

Another good site with helpful insight into hotels near major tourist attractions is the SoCal Vacation Guru.  It does not specialize only in lodging options but also covers other aspects of a trip to Southern Calfornia, discussing Disneyland, Universal Studios, beaches, etc.  The Guru offers wisdom about many areas of vacation planning.

If you are interested to hear what others are thinking about travel in general, you might visit Travel Talk.  This has lots of input on a very diverse spectrum of travel-oriented topics.  You can find subjects ranging from trips to India to driving trips by yourself to careers in the travel business.  So it’s not going to help you much in finding a hotel in southern California, but you might find something useful.  Hit the other two sites presented above for SoCal hotel information and insight.

Hawaii Vow Renewals to Rekindle Your Relationship

Posted by Melvin on Jan 16, 2009 in Stormy Life

Married Couples who are visiting on an anniversary, and who are thinking about Hawaii often like the idea of having a vow renewal here in paradise.

A Maui vow renewal is an excellent way to rekindle your passion and renew your commitment to each other. And if your family is coming with you, especially if you are celebrating a number of years together, what nicer way then planning a simple or elaborate celebration on a beautiful Maui beach at sunset?

If you are planning to renew your commitment once again, you’ll want to take a look at Maui Vow Renewal Ceremonies and to find the right one that fits your situation. There are all kinds of ceremonies that you can choose from: Christian to contemporary depending upon your background. But you might also want to consider having a ceremony that gives attention to your legacy as parents.

It is also a good idea to scout around for the right company who offers an inexpensive Maui Vow Renewal Package. A vow renewal doesn’t have to be expensive. You can order just a ceremony with a lei exchange. But you can also add things like photography, a dove release, a bouquet and so much more depending upon your wishes and your budget.

Another thing to consider is where you want the ceremony to take place. Maui Wedding Locations are quite varied. You can choose from a waterfall, a chapel, a garden or one of Maui’s great public and inexpensive beaches. Take a look at some of the great locations that you can make use of.

Maui just happens to be the most popular of the islands for Hawaii beach weddings and vow renewals. There are more and better beaches on the west and south side of the island which are perfect for having romantic sunset ceremonies. So if you are contemplating coming to Hawaii to celebrate your anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony, you should definitely consider Maui.

What’s the next step in your online career ?

Posted by Melvin on Jan 16, 2009 in Stormy Life

When I started to learn marketing online it was so exciting. I studied and eventually learned how to publish my very first website and started actually making a nice little income on the side with Adsense. That same site almost 5 years later pays my bills and has allowed me to quit my job. I am so grateful that I started my journey when I did and had the faith to continue when I thought I would give up. I recently started looking for some other way to diversify my online income.I considered all sorts of different things, and tried a few.

I tried selling stuff on Yahoo using dropshippers for paintball guns. It took me a couple months to learn how to do the graphics, study up on the subject, write content about it all and set up a merchant account. I spent like 40.00 per month on the site, and in 3 months managed to get one order. Yes, one. I excitedly packed it up and mailed it off the very next day and got an angry letter from the customer asking why it was taking so long. How could I help that it was all the way across the country and that it would take 5 days to get there..? Anyway, the next week came another order. One made with a stolen credit card. What a headache.

And after all of my trouble I didn’t even break even on the gun because of all of the merchant account charges. There just wasn’t enough profit. Other people were undoubtedly making this work but I wasn’t.

I imagine alot of you can relate to some of these examples and are looking right here and now for a lagitimate way of earning money online.I’ve always been fascinated with learning pay per click advertising but have heard too many stories about people really losing loads of money in the process. And the fact is that I just didn’t have abunch of money for expensive courses that were probably outdated by the time you read them.

Now I’m excited to be in a group of lucky people who are actually going through training and will review ppc kahuna on how to do pay per click properly with tools that allow you to guage the competition and write your ads better then they do. We’ll have access to software that lets us know the best keywords to go after and why.

We’re going to be learning how to produce the best landing pages and everything else that goes with creating a successful marketing campaign. And it’s brought to you by the same guys that brought you Portal Feeder and Sydicate Kahuna. I”ve started a blog dedicated to evaluating the program and giving you an honest review of ppc kahuna. Maybe you’ll join me.
